Hi,I did my Master's in Cranfield University, UK. But didn't completed my degree successfully. I have one resit examination on January 2011, but my current student visa is going to expire on 10th of November 2010. I don't know what to do now. My University is suggesting me to go back to India and apply for student visitor visa from there. But I don't want to do that as the UK immigration rules became very strict here in UK for students. Hence, I am seeking help from you to address this issue. I want to stay in UK to appear for my resit, and further, I want to apply for Tier 1 PSW visa to work in UK for 2 years to earn back what I spent here. If any one have any suggestions please post it on the forum. It would be very helpful for me.
