MARRIAGE DATE / SPOUSE VISA DATE FOR ILR

Hi All,

Is there way I could use my marriage date for ILR.

My Case is as below:-

I Registered marriage on 16th May 2009 while I was on student visa and wife on discretionary leave .

My Wife got ILR (basis 14year) on 19th Nov 2009.
I got spouse visa (flr within UK)on 08th dec 2009 .

Now my question is ,

Is there a way I could apply for ILR after 2 years of marriage
on 16th may 2011(or a month before ). Before the probationary citizenship date

Or I need to apply after 2 years of spouse visa issued ie
08dec2011(or a month ago )After the probationary date.

If there is any way around in UK law to use marriage date to apply for ILR .Please let me know .Your Guidance will be highly appreciated .
