A person approached me with a query about the following matter, I cannot find anything regarding this on UKBA website nor have they replied to his email.
Here is the case: The said person is in UK as a dependant of a work permit holder on limited leave to remain. He has changed is name via a deed poll and a new passport issued by the Embassy here in UK reflecting the new name, his LLR is with old name, so what forms to be used to send the new passport to get the LLR transfered with the change in name?
