Hi

iam pre nov 2006 hsmpian

applied for ILR( 4yrs) a year ago but was refused for more than 6 months out of country(paid maternity leave)

cant even appeal as i have enough leave to remain.

Iam short of 6 days to complete 4 yrs to apply for ILR including 28 days rule

Now my concern is as HSMP is closed what category do i apply for my FLR .

please some one advise me

quick reply is appreciated
