Visit Visa Appeal: How late we can apply for visa?

Hi All,

Just got the email from Abu Dhabi embassy after almost 4 months of appeal approval and almost a year when we applied for the visa. My question is regarding how late we can reapply for the visa with the appeal letter as my mother will be going to some other country later this year and I don’t want her passport to stuck with UK embassy, is it possible to wait for few months or you’ve to apply asap?

p.s. I just checked with Abu Dhabi embassy and they said you’ve to apply now and if you can’t go you’ve to apply for application disqualification but I don’t trust them.
