Hi everyone I'm new in the forum, writing to ask if you are currently in the same position of my GF and if you can give me help, suggestion and so on.
Basically like many others she have to renew her visa by the 28 OCt under the now straighten rules Tier 4. Since 5 years she's living in the U.K. with student visas, fallowing the normal path year by year at school coming now to her second year at University due to start in few weeks. She's and I am as well, worried because as far we know now to extend the visa you must have all the fees paid or 9400GBP + 1200GBP around showed the statement for at least 28 days to prove that she can afford her studies and that she will actually fallow it! if not the application will be rejected straight away.
Easy to understand that for her parents It's a bit of problem now they always paid in separate periods to be able to generate the money for the uni fees during time (there are not poor but still generate no less than 13000GBP every year for studies and living cost could take some time).
Now they where shocked when they received the call and realize that around 11000GBP have to be paid as soon as possible to avoid that 28 days deadline bank statement and 100% refusal!
MY QUERIES
Is it the regulation so strict even to people that have been living with student visas in the U.K. for so long and they can prove that actually they studied and nothing else.
As far that I know her parents their ready to pay half of the fees put the maintenance cost money in her bank account but more and even worst move all the 11000GBP for them it's really hard, trying to find a way but the time is running out.
Do you think in this way would be a 100% rejected?
Please guys can you help me understand how this regulation works and if is really straight as it seems no money go home! even if you are in the middle of your current Uni studies??
any other ideas?
Thanks to all of you who will reply Jivan.
