I am a UK citizen and my husband from Russia, he will be applying for spouse visa next spring. My situation is that I won't have a job to show pay slips of but will be able to show potential jobs as will he. I have about 16-18k savings (isas) and can show that they've been in my account for a few years with a statement from the bank. Will this be ok since I can show that I will have 102.95 per week after bills to cover us for minimum 12 months?

16k savings is great. You shouldn't worry.
