Post by arpa79 » Tue Sep 28, 2010 3:26 pm

Hi

My daughter who is now 3 yrs 11 months - was born here. I had HSMP status when she was born.

Me and my daughter have ILR, but not my husband - will my daughter be eligible for british passport?? the MN1 form??? or does both parents need to have ILR?

thanks for ur advice in this issue

The child is entitled to be registered as British citizen under section 1(3). Apply using form MN1. Upon registration, apply for child's British passport.
