switch from family vist visa to EEA dependancy

Hi, good people on this forum. My wife is here in the UK on a family visit visa , I would like to no what are the chances of applying for staying in UK as a dependant of an EEA citizen (with 5 year residency card and working full time). I will like to use my right as an EEA citizen living and working in Uk

IF you are married and you are an EEA citizen exercising your treaty right in uk, its almost certain she will be issued with a residence card.

Thanks a lot ! That was a big relief .God bless and I will keep my fingers crossed. Application is almost 1 month with HO and no letter of acknowledgement or anything to confirm that application was received. Will update as soon as I hear any news.
