Tier-1 (Gen) - Dependent maintenence fund

I came to UK on last week of sep,2010, on Tier-1 (general). Now I wish to apply Dependent for my wife.

1) My wife has been maintaining 1600 gpb for 3 months in her account in india.

2) I have around 1000 GPB in my new account in UK, opened just 2 weeks ago.

( i cannot find anywhere in ukba that main applicant in uk should maintain min 800 gpb for 3 continous months , to be able to file a dependent visa.)

With this scenario, Can my wife apply now for a dependent visa from India? Please help me on this.
