which Visa application centre is better Mirpur, Lahore, Is ?

My husband is going to make application for Tier 1 – dependent. Cloud someone please let me know which Visa application centre is better Mirpur, Lahore, Islamabad.
Which centre has min refusal ratio.

Do these centres make any difference?
Or all applications are handles at same British high commission Office?

You are applying for a visa and the success of the application depends only on the applicant fulfilling the specified requirements.

Where the application is submitted or which overseas post assesses the application is completely irrelevant.
