Help on PSW Application

Hey
I am applying for my PSW application next week on 12th. I hav some questions
what will be my awarding body and institution....... as my uni was Uni of leeds and i studied at leeds uni business school.........

I came here in UK in 2009 but i was nt provided any biometric card but I had stamped visa.......nw I am supposed to provide details of biometric card what shud I do regarding to it......

I have my tickets of my travel but i dont hv my tickets which were stamped at the airport and My entry was delayed by 5 days due to the volcano eruption but i dont hv any airline proof to go with it ..........as the date on ticket is of 21st but i gained entry on 26th.........

i dont recieve any public funds but I have been asked to give an original letter from the local housing authority but I hv never lived in any council house or authority

I hv taken my bank statement as dated on 3 nov 2010 will it make any difference if apply on 12th or shud i again ask the bank to give me details again.

I will be highly greatful if u can reaply asap.....any help will be highly appreciated

First of all, I highly recommend you check the PSW form properly as I am sure you didn't understand everything on the form correctly.

In my opinions awarding body should be University of Leeds and not the business school, because business school is a campus in the University, so you should write "University of Leeds"

For the Biometric Residence Permit, just write in the box "I wasn't issued BRP, as I applied before the BRP were started etc"

You don't need to give your ticket details, unless one of your passport that you used to travel to the UK was lost or unavailable!! Again, please read the form properly, if you miss something or write it incorrectly your application will be returned to you!

Well, if you don't receive public funds and you give check mark to "No" for public funds, then the form tells you to go to Section5, so why bother about letters from housing authority?

It is highly recommended to take fresh bank statements, so I would recommend get bank statements from the bank a day before you apply.

Hey thanks for the earlier , I checked the mistakes and applied for my PSW last week on friday.
The home office has taken the money from my account as i just checked the details and i must say they were pretty fast about it . As the money was taken out of my account on Tuesday , when they just received the application on Monday .
Guys the thing is I want to know by when do they give us back the acknowledgement and how can I track my application and i want to know abut the time which they are gonna take to give a decision over my case and abut the biometrics as well .....
