VISA for family

I have a UK work permit, if I get HSMP approval will I need to get new VISA for myself, wife and son?

is the VISA fee included in HSMP application fee?

Simple answer .... no! The visa application fee is an additional cost.

£335 for a further leave to remain (FLR) application that includes all your dependents after you get your HSMP approval (cost of that application is another £300+)
