Drug Testing

I know this may sound like a silly question, but it is a concern of mine.

Without boring you the details, I am wondering if the UKBA will screen me for drugs (I have a Marijuana Card). Will they drug test me or find out if I have a license to posess Marijuana? Will they do any kind of medical screening on me?

I notice that upon submitting my Tier 2 visa application that I have to book an appointment. Is that just for my finger prints or do I actually have an interview with someone?
