tier1 extension issue

Hello,

I have just found in ukba site the below table

Points awarded for an extension application under Tier 1 (General)

If your current permission to enter or stay was granted before 31 March 2009, the points awarded are:
Qualification Points
Bachelor's degree 30
Master's degree 35
PhD 50

If your current permission to enter or stay was granted between 31 March 2009 and 5 April 2010, the points awarded are:
Qualification Points
Master's degree 35
PhD 50

If your current permission to enter or stay was granted between on or after 6 April 2010, the points awarded are:
Qualification Points
Bachelor's degree 30
Master's degree 35
PhD 45


Previously i was granted Tier1(General) before march 31st 2009 but it was valid from june 2009 so that time i was awarded points for bachelors degree now if i want to apply for extension which date is calculated is it before march 31st 2009? as visa was granted ..or after march31st 2009 as visa was valid from june 2009.


Please help me if it is after march 31st 2009 i will not get any points for bachelors degree if i apply for extension? then i will be in trouble please help i am confused

Go through the latest Tier 1 application form page 41, it says if your previous leave(visa) for EXTENSION was granted based on rules before April 2010, you will get 30 points for bachelors degree!!
