Hey everyone, despretly need help with Tier4 Visa issue!

I applied for extention of my student visa at the b/embassy in Tehran and my course is due to start on 10th of Jan, I am doing ACCA in Southampton but now i am moving to LSBF in London to continue as they are way cheaper than soton!
I came back to Tehran to apply as my visa expired on 31/10/10 and the course in london does not start till 10/01/11 hence there is more than one month gap so i had to apply from outside of UK.
I got my CAS letter the day before my appoinment here and with a massive hassle and Admin office in LSBF is pretty horrible, after many emails and phone calls they got me the CAS the day before. even tho i applied there in mid OCT.
I did submit all my documents to Embassy here apart from my exemption form from ACCA as this was given to LSBF in order to process my application and was told it has been passed on to UKBA and used as a proof of english language( I must add that i have been living in UK for 8 years and ACCA is my second course that i am doing and UKBA has copies of my IELTS which i took in 2006 and so on).

Now that i have got my results they refused my applicaton saying that exemption is letter has not been provided by me and My bank account did not have the funds for 28 days, even tho i did submit 3 bank statments 2 from UK and 1 from here with funds more thatn 4k.

can anyone help with on how i can reason with them on my Administration Review case and how can i get hold of the a new CAS number from LSBF. from what i have gathered they dont give out new numbers that easily and possibly ask for all the fees to be paid again even tho i have paid all my Fees to them already.

please guys i am really stuck here, please help!

First of all LSBF is one of the most disgusting college in London. I dont know how they got so called 'Highly Trusted' status. The staff is most un-professional and they never try to understant the student need. They just try their best to get paid ASAP. Thats all.

Now you are really in trouble. LSBF will eat all your money with the sayings that 'Its your fault, you were resposible for submission of appropriate documents and funds availability.' And don't ever think a college will pass any documents to UKBA for an out-of-country visa application. You have to submit all documents with the application. Its your responsibility. Especially college like LSBF with immature staff not able to perform the necessary duties/services they are responsible for, why they bother themselves to do you a favor like submission of documents on your behalf?

And about funds you need first year fee + £7200. Most ACCA cases you need 50% deposit paid and £7200 cash available in bank accout from last 28 days. So as there was only 4K available I think its useless to file any administrative review. It will be rejected. IELTS is not a problem as full ACCA course is NVQ level 7 course with graudate entry route or if you passed / exempted first 3 papers you dont need IELTS as a critical requirement for visa.

Now you need to file another application with the documents and funds available (From last 28 days keep in mind!). As per my knowledge your case is the best for LSBF to eat all money but you can try your luck and make humble requests, which I think will be useless!

hey thank you very much for your reply, i did realise they are pretty shit once it took them more than 3 weeks just to give me an answer, i did not really wanted to register with them as i did not have any choice.
With regards to funds as i mentioned i have lived in UK for 8 years and i did my A levels there as well. they only issue with language thing came up as I have got passed for F1 and F2 only on my Acca forms. as they did not accept the result for my F3 due to some computer issue when i took the test hence i need to take it again, but i had no time to do it!!!

I applied under reduced funds ie £800 per month for 2 months as i am just continuing my course rather than starting from scratch and i do have established presence in UK.

Now i am really stuck with LSBF and i have not contact them yet. i am hoping if they postpone my admission from Jan to Feb or June maybe, in hope they might give me a new CAS !!!
