TIER1 SETTLEMENT

Hello

I would like to know the if I am required to meet the salary requirement for Tier1 general , when i apply for my Indefinite leave to remain.

I have worked 3 years on work permit and my 2 years on Tier1 will complete in May 2011.

please let me know .
