Regarding HDFC Bank Statements

Hello Everybody

Iam going to apply for the tier1 and I have one query regarding bank statments.
I consulted HDFC for the bank statements on Bank Letter headed paper.They told that they only give the bank statements on the dot matrix paper only. I have already gone through this forum and I have come to know that some got rejection because of the dot matrix printed bank statements.

My question is what are the exact requirements for the bank statements.
Because Even though I get the statement on dot matrix printer, statement has the colour bank logo and bank address.
Is it OK to go further with that statements.

no one has said that dot matrix is not allowed. dot matrix on plan paper will be a problem. if it has bank logo (colour), the dot matrix should be fine.

As suggested above, the printer (dot matrix, inkjet, laser or line) on which the statement is printed is irrelevant. What is relevant is that the statement fulfils the conditions specified in the policy guidance.
