Tier2 Visa and CoS expiry

Hi Guys,

Am I allowed to stay and work if my CoS expires and Visa is still valid for another month?

any help appreciated...

Yes, as long as your visa was issued based on the CoS. The consulates can issue for 1 month past the CoS expiry if they choose, so the visa is valid and you can work for the duration of the visa.
