ILR as the parents of a person present and settled in the UK

Post by stillthere2005 » Mon Dec 06, 2010 6:07 pm

Hi,

I am a British citizen by naturalisation and my wife is a British citizen from birth. I have surrendered my Indian passport and have no criminal convictions and no benefits claim ever.

I want my parents from India to come to the UK indefinitely. My mother is retired and she is 61 and my father is still working and he is 64. My mother and father are living together and have been to the UK to visit me before. I have a sister in India who is married and has her own family. My Parents do not have any other relatives in India who can help them now.

Can anybody please help on what can I do and how??

Thank you
