Switch Work Permit to Dependant Tier1 visa within UK

Switch Work Permit to Dependant Tier1 visa within UK

Hi,

My friend is working in the UK in work permit. Her husband has got Tier1 visa. Can she apply for a Tier1 dependant visa from within UK? or she has to go back to india and get ebtry clearance as a dependant?


If she has to get entry clearance from outside UK, can she enter UK before her husband comes to UK? I guess she cant, but wanted to confirm with the learned members of this forum.
