Visiter Visa

Can anyone help me please I am Tunisian and my wife is British I first did
a family visiter visa back in June and i got refused :
first the immigration why did you do a family visit visa instead of the
General visit visa and I dont give any information about my spouse and they
didnt believe i would back in Tunisia in the end of my visit to the UK I
will now do next week visiter visa but i need advice (I have a job now in tunisia and savings ) Can anyone let me know what other documents i need to show so i dont get refused again as my wife is pregnant.
