hi all,
please could you advise me on capital visas, crydon. they charged me 1410 pounds for ILR application for me and my dependant. later i found that other immigration advisers charge only around 500 + vat. i have only paind half the money as deposit. i ranf back the next day and requested refund but he is very adamant that he will not refund me. i am stuck

is this adviser any good?

They are OISC registered. Fees vary and as you agreed their charges prior to instructing them to prepare your application I doubt that you can now claim a refund as you've found a cheaper price elsewhere.

You do know that the UKBA fee for ILR is very high don't you? Is that included in their charge to you? But you should have agreed a rate before instructing them to apply for you even if the ILR cost is not included in their charge.
