Hello all.

HiI wanted some info, I'm opening my own business in few months I will employ uk citizens for some time. But i've also found some really good workers in China,India,Pakistan which will be very cost effective for me. I have some questions.

As I will be opening a new company when will I be able to get workers with work permit to work for me?

Will I have to apply in uk or China,India,Pakistan?

Whats the best way to go about this?

Will I not be able to employ from abroad cos of my new company?

What does the employer have to show to be eligeble to employ from abroad on work permit are there any special requirements?

Does employer have to provide accommodation etc?

How long does a work permit be for min/max?

What is the prcedure for for permanent residence in uk & can employer block a person from getting permanent stay in uk?
