Tier 4 (extension) appeal and PSW application, please help

Hello everyone. I have a First-Tier Tribunal hearing on 11Jan 11 and I am confident I will win the case. My Tier-4 extension (to run till march 2011) was refused for illogical reasons in November 2010.

I have recently graduated and I am thinking if I can apply for PSW.

Thing is, if I win the appeal on the 11th of Jan 2011 and UKBA doesnt challenge the decision then can I make a fresh application for PSW instead of waiting for the "call letter" to get my passport stamped?

I think the PSW will be closed in Feb 2011 and I do not to be left out in the cold.

Any help on the matter will be appreciated.
