hello every 1 i am non eea member i married eea national my wife is disable she did not work and take benefits can any 1 tell me can i apply the rc.thanks

You can only apply for residence card if you meet one or more of the following requirement


1. You are able to support your wife, by her possibly stopping benefit, and you applying for a comprehensive sickness insurance, and showing you have adequate funds in your account to maintain the both of you, and any dependent you have.

2. The person has worked or exercise treaty rights in the UK for 5 years prior to the disability, and hence has obtained Permanent residence .

3. She ceased working as a result of work related accident, and prior to that she has been residing in the UK for 1 or 3 years.
