Tier 1 Extension

Hi,

I got my Tier 1 in April 2008. I originally applied for HSMP but got T1 General Migrant for 3 years.

My visa is coming to an end in April 2011. Is there any way I can apply early. I did my self assessments and already qualified.

Please advice, if I can apply for Tier 1 extension in Dec or Jan.
