Settlement in Uk from Tire 1 General Visa :

Hi,
I am in Tire 1 General visa. I have done the extension. I like to know what are the documents I need to produce for SET (o).
I came in as student and finished my masters in 2006.And i got HSMP in 2007.I waited 9 months after my HSMP to get a Job. My Question is
1. Am I eligible to apply for Settlement Visa?
2. The first year p40 will have very less tax pay amount.
3. According to settlement in need to be In employment for 5 years after my HSMP but I got job after 9 months.
4. If I can’t apply for Settlement on what visa can I extend?

I don't think that you qualify for settlement under HSMP yet. However, you may extend your stay.

When did you initially enter the UK? Perhaps you may be eligible under long residence.
