the list of reasons is long and contradictory
but the long and short of it is this ...
when she first entered the uk over 3 year years ago , she entered on an aupair visa , worked for 3.5 months as aupair
and then returned to turkey .
came back to uk some 5 months later with a friend who introduced her to a turkish family who owned 2 restauarants in the uk ..... and she started to at first look after their children and then work in their restaurant
after several months she then returned to turkey again and 1 month before her visa expired she returned to the uk to work for the same turkish family .....
they applied for extension of visa , which of course failed as aupir visa is 2 year only , with no extension
They are now saying , she willing and knowingly abused the uk visa system and would do anything to get back in the uk including marridge ....
and no matter what evidence we have shown the british consulate in istanbul , they are not believing her or disregarding it
