query regarding employent letter and sponseror letter

Hi,
I am applying dependent visa to wife i have 2 queries regarding my employment letter and sponseror letter

1. I am working as contractor to some consultancy and payment has been hanled by an umbrella company in application i need fill my company details for proof of employer but my salory credited with the name umbrella company in this case from whoom i need to get employer letter.

2. sponsror letter

maintinance fund is maintained in my wifes joint account with her father for last 3 months can i say in the letter she sponser for her self and my me

because maintinance funds states 2000 (dependent)+ 800 for me

please answer my query asap
