Mother-in-Laws visa documentation advice- kindly help

Post by softmind82 » Wed Dec 29, 2010 1:00 am

I am applying for my mother in law visa from pakistan so she can come and joing us on our child birth..... i have few question which i need to ask.

1) Do i have to attest sponsor declaration from notary public/solicitor or is that gonna be ok if i sign and date on it.

2) I have only attest my visa page photo copy but not the passport first page. ( Including my wife's passport copy as well).

The following documents i am attaching in support of her visa.

1) My 3 months bank statements
2) 3 months salary slips
3) Tenancy agreement
4) Mat1 B form ( proof of maternity)
5) sponsor declaration letter
6) attaching her marriage certificate as a proof that she will go back after few months.
7) her property documents translated in english ( in pakistan)

Please advice me if there is any thing more i need to attach.

Regards,

Aly
