I just got my cos on 31st December, im about to apply for my visa this week.
I am engaged and in Indonesia at moment and was going to get married later this year, as we just got the news my wife wants to come with me to the UK.
I was thinking of getting married this week before i come back to the UK, what is the process for getting a Tier 2 dependant visa? is it easy enough once i have my cos and will my wife be able to work in uk when she gets here?
How long does the process usually take for the dependant visa and what details would i need?
