Hi,
I had a query regarding my bank statements.
I sent my application via special delivery on the 23rd December 2010.
My bank statements are from 1st September to 1st December.
Now there is regulation that the bank statements should be less than 30 days old from the date of application.
My question is obviously UKBA was closed for christmas holidays till the 28th.
But I checked royal mail tracker and my application was received on the 29th.
But I still havent got the acknowlegement letter from UKBA.
And the money was only deducted today i.e 5th Jan.
So will there be a problem regarding the 30 day requirement.
As far as i can see on the ukba site,I think it says date of application is from the royal mail postmark.
What say guys?
