psw to tier 1 general...need information please.

Hi everyone ...i am currently on PSW and will be eligible (points) for tier 1 general in July 2011. My visa expires in Aug 2011. Noticed that In country tier 1 general applications will not be accepted after 5th april 2011. In the website it states that after 6th april transitional arrangements will be made for applicants with in uk and will be announced in due course.not sure what it is...

does anyone have information about this...please share ..

i am also on PSW which is due to expire on November 2011. And i really have no idea what options I would have after April 05, 2011. In the mean time if you get any information on this please share with me. Thanks a lot

I think you have answered your own question. No one knows anything at the moment. Wait till official rules are published like everyone else is waiting.

Does anyone know the tentative date, UKBA will announce the regulation change in detail....


Or what is the minimum prior-notice UKBA should give us, before the new regulations goes live??? (I read some where it should be minimum 21 days, is that right??? - if yes, we may not know about the transitional arrangements for in-country Tier 1 General initial applicant details until 15th of March)
