IELTS exam : Eligible for tier 1 UK visa

Hi all,

I am worried about my IELTS exam, and would like to ask you if with the following results I am eligible for the tier 1 UK visa :

Listening : 7, reading : 7, writing : 5.5, speaking : 7.5. The overall band is : 7

To get the work permit, I should have at least 6.5 over 9 in the IELTS exam. Is it in the overall band or in each component of the exam ?
