Time speand outside UK

I am on Tier 1 General UK Visa and want to know:

1- Is there any law that says you cannot spead more then one month per month outside UK?
2- How long you can spend out side UK in throughout five years time?
3-IS there any special restriction on fifth year?

What do you mean by 1 month? your original post said "Is there any law that says you cannot spead more then one month per month outside UK". This doesnt make sense, 1 month per month? did you mean 1 month per year?
