Naturalisation for a person with retained right of residency

Hi,

Could you please help me.
I arrived in the Uk in 2003,
got married August 2004 to an EEA national,
got devorced in in May 2008,
got Retained right in 2009
Got Permanent residency Certificate November 2010.

I also know that after 5years i qualify automaticly as permanent resident which mean i become permanent resident in August 2009 not 2010. and have stayed 1 years with the permanet residency. can i apply now for Naturalisaton or i still need to wait till November 2011?
