Hi All,

I am on Tier-1 (General). I Was came in this Country 2005 on student visa.
I got my Tier-1 (General) visa 13 November 2008. i am not understand the ILR rules of 180 days leave.

I have Some Query about ILR

1. How many days we allow to Leave this Country in 1year?
2. How many days we allow to leave this Country in 5 year?
3. How many Days we not allow to leave Country Continue in 1 year?
4. How many Days we not allow to leave Country Continue in 5 year?

1. You cannot stay over 90days at once or in the last 12 months unless there is a justification and should be accompanied by a letter.
2. You cannot stay over 180days in whole 5year period.

guys please correct me if I am wrong.
