visitor visa

Post by workaholic » Tue Feb 01, 2011 1:14 pm

Hey All,

Have finally got all the paperwork together to apply for my mother in laws visitor visa.
My husband is the sponsor as her son.
Just one last quick question My husband works part time and earns £96 per week and he is the main carer for me (I have a disability) for this he get £215 every four weeks carers allowance.
I am also in reciept of disablility allowance at the higher rate for care and mobility which works out to about £500 every 4 weeks too.
We do also get WTC and CTC
Should we send all this info with our application to make our income look stronger as on just my husbands wages it would probably be refused on the grounds that we wouldnt be able to support her or should we not send the benefits info as they may refuse on the grounds that we will be supporting her through benefits???.
We have savings of about £2200 too
Please advise. Thank you Roxy
