Applying for dependants ,Please guide me

Hello every body

I have won my appeal for my Tier 1 G last month and now waiting for the call in letter from home office.Hopefully I will get my passport stamped by the end of this month.

I am away from my family since 1 year and I want to apply for my dependants(wife+3 kids) as soon as I got my passport stamped.They are in Pakistan at this moment.I can arrange all the other documents.

But there is only on problem.As my case went in to appeal in last September.unfortunately I lost my job as well so at the moment I am not working.I can not show any pay slips or job contract etc.

I know I need to show 800+533 each for four dependants only but I have put 25000( thousand) pounds in my account to be on the safe side that ECO might think that I don,t have a job yet so how can I manage my family in uk.and the money is there from last 3 months.

Will this is enough or I must need to find a job first and provide pay slips and job contract etc which is very difficult now a days due to economic situation.I have read the policy guidance and pay slips and job contract are not mandatory. But when I am reading posts on this forum it seems that every body is submitting pay slips and job contract.

I am very worried at the moment as I don,t want to be away from my family any more.

I request all the members here to please guide me what to do in this situation.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
