Switching from Business visa intto Tier 2's Dependant visa

Hi,
I have been working in UK for last 3 months and on company Business visa for 6 months.
I am getting married to someone who is on company sponsored work permit.
After marriage I will be on his dependant work permit visa.

My question is:
For this switching, do I have to go back my country or I can change here while staying in UK.

I will be highly appreciated for your response.
