Settlement visa

Post by tylerross » Thu Feb 10, 2011 3:59 am

Hi

I am currently exploring the option of returning to the UK from Australia.I am a British Citizen ( by descent) and lived in the Uk for 6 years, I know my husband can get ILE as we have been married for 13 years and four of those will be outside the UK and then once arrived in the UK will have to do the knowledge of UK test etc. My question is my children, they do not have British Passports as I can not pass it onto them, so do they have to make a seperate application each, One adult three children so 4x the fee?? Thanks

One application form with fees - for each applicant applying for entry clearance.
