Tier 2 Appeal - Success cases

Post by ashleyransoo » Thu Feb 10, 2011 1:33 pm

I would strongly recommend those that haven't got a COS because of the UKBA's so called 'exceptional' request for COS Allocation increase being so untransparent and unfair!

If you have run out of stay and have been given right of appeal, go for it! It's worth it, and has grounds for winning, regardless of what some of the moderators have suggested otherwise.

I did appeal and it has been allowed!

Best of Luck!

The moderators Are advising according to the best of their knowledge and experience. What happened in your case it's a new thing.hence we can not say any thing about it .

From now onwards this will be taking in to consideration while advising to some body who is in the same situation once you was.

Most Important thing is that your appeal is allowed.

Many congrats for that and perhaps time to cheer up.

It will benefit others if you share the legal point(s) on which the judge allowed your appeal. And also whether you appeal was allowed by the First Tribunal or the Upper Tribunal.

A result (positive or negative) depends on the underlying reason(s) and whether such reason(s) were unlawful or not. And therefore, not everyone may have a favourable result as you did (e.g. - pokale2600).

Do note that responses on the forum are based on the information posted on the forum, and not based on the understanding that one gains from reviewing any documentary details or evidence(s) that solicitors, lawyers and judges are privy to! As a result, you can only expect a "generic" feedback on the forum.
