tier 2 dependant accomodation letter

hi everyone! i hope you can help me. my husband is applying for tier 2 dependant visa as i am the main applicant.

i only have a letter from my friend who will certify our accomodation once he arrives in the UK when approved. i only attached a utility bill and mortgage statement. is that enough?

please please help me! thank you!
