Spanish nationality for EU national

Hi,I am Bulgarian living in Spain since 2007 ,I want to know how long will it take to receive Spanish Citizenship with full rights in Spain for an EU citizen. Is there any special and restrictive procedure for an Eu national in this matter and should I wait for 10 years? I was wondering if the process for applying for Spanish nationality for EU national would be different from non_EU national . thank you
