Tier 1 Application Type - Help requsted

Hi,

I am travelling to UK shortly on Tier 2 - ICT, and would like to apply for Tier 1 General immediately after reaching. I am trying to get an appointment, however not sure about Application type while booking.

Please let me know the relevant Application Type to be chosen.

And also please let me know if any issue about this.
