ILR in Sept 2011 Cant remember what points I claimed!!!

Post by psdesai » Wed Feb 16, 2011 5:58 pm

Hi,

I would appricate if someone can help me find out some information about the guidelines.

I have extended my stay in July 2009 and I will be eligible for the ILR in Sept 2011. Now I cant remember what points I calmed when I extended my stay.
As the per the recent proposed changes I want to find out how many points I will need to clam when I apply for ILR. As UKBA seems to change their mind more frequent than a 16 year old, there is a lot of confusion about which version of guildance document I should refer to.

Many thanks for the help

when you applied for tier 1 and got your passport back you would have received a letter form UKBA outlining how many points were claimed and how many were awarded.

failiing that, only other way is to request SAR file form UKBA (see sticky post at top of the forum)
