Post by kembally » Sun Feb 20, 2011 11:59 pm

I married EEA citizen 4 years ago, but after two years marriage broke down, although I still have EEA visa in my passport that will expire next year, as I have not divorce my wife, but no longer living together. Now I have a girlfriend who is a British citizen, we already have two kids together and i looking for how to go about marrying her when i finalised my divorce. my question - d i need to go back to home country to marry her or can i marry her here. I am afraid of going to home office for COA as the previous marriage with EEA no longer active. pls kindly advice on what to do pls
