When to apply Set(M)

Guys,

My wife got her 27 months settlement visa on 03rd June 2009 to 03rd sep 2011.My wife came to uk on 04th july 2009 so when we can apply for ILR for my wife

We have to count 2 years validity for ILR from the date she got the visa or from the date she arrived in UK.

Which date she can apply SET(M) is it 07th may 2011 or 07th june 2011 (I have counted before 28 day rule)

i believe its from the date you enter UK. So it would be June 2011.

You may apply for settlement (ILR) no earlier than 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of you entry in the UK on a spouse visa .... and no later than the expiry date of the current visa.
