ILR Qualifying Period: Apply or do I need an Extension?

Post by y.pango » Sun Feb 27, 2011 11:39 pm

Based on the following information:
- My qualifying period of 5 years from the HSMP (19/05/2006) ends on 19/05/2011
- 28 days prior to the end of this qualifying period is (19/05/2011 - 28 days) = 21/04/2011
- Tier1 VISA is only VALID until the same date (21/04/2011)

Do I qualify for applying for ILR if I make an application at the public enquiry office on 21/4/2011?

(I hope I can, as what's upsetting is that I fell 7 days short of the judicial review as my application form for HSMP was received on 10/4/2006!)
